(I've been trying to take better pictures and tried to edit this a little but I think I just made it worse. I'm just going to blame the apartment kitchen lighting.)
Hopefully in the next month I'll have my matching pair completed. (We are such nerds!) In case you're wondering, I used this Simplicity pattern (and adjusted them to fit more on the hips than waist).

Thanks! They are pretty fancy! Although one button hole (for the drawstrings) is about 1/2" higher than the other and there is a hole that I had to darn from some button hole issues. I probably shouldn't point those things out!

Home made pajamas are fab!!!! My mum used to make me lots of home made clothes when I was younger.
I'm hoping to be able to make some more clothes. Once I'm done with my PJ pants we're going to make a skirt!
